The main theme of the Conference is announced as “Innovation and Creativity”.

This conference aims to bring together the educational scientists, administers, councilors, education experts, teachers, graduate students and civil society organization and representatives to share and to discuss theoretical and practical knowledge in the scientific environment. The proceedings of the conference will be published by Procedia Social and Behavioral Sciences Journal (Elsevier) and will be indexed Science Direct and Scopus.
